Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Thrive NeuroBloom Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a service, using this website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide specialist consultancy and support to parents and carers of neurodivergent children.
Services may include:

  • Consultations

  • Coaching sessions

  • Behaviour and sensory support

  • Home plans and routine design

  • Educational document support (e.g. EHCP / ILP / ALN guidance)

  • In-home assessment programmes (where agreed)

Services are delivered online or in person, as specified at booking.

2. No Medical or Diagnostic Service

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Our services are educational, consultative and supportive in nature.

Any concerns regarding diagnosis, medication or medical treatment should be discussed with a qualified medical professional.

3. Client Responsibility

You remain responsible for:

  • Decisions about your child’s care and education

  • Implementation of strategies discussed

  • Any communication with schools, professionals or authorities (unless agreed otherwise as part of a consultancy package)

We provide guidance, recommendations and professional opinions, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling

By booking a session, you agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (see separate page).
In summary:

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated on the booking page

  • Late cancellations and non-attendance may still be charged

  • In-home programmes and assessment packages may require a non-refundable deposit

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for each service are displayed on the website or communicated in writing.
Payment is typically taken in advance through secure online processors (e.g. Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal), or as separately agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update fees from time to time.
Where fees change, you will be informed before confirming a new booking.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your information with care and confidentiality.
However, if we believe a child or vulnerable person is at risk of significant harm, we may need to share relevant information with appropriate services in line with safeguarding obligations.

7. Safeguarding

If at any time we have concerns about immediate risk to a child or another person, we may be required to contact safeguarding services or emergency services, in line with local law and good practice.

8. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to Thrive NeuroBloom Consultancy and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality, evidence-informed support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information from this website or sessions

  • Any third-party services or resources suggested or linked to

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
