We aim to offer clear and fair cancellation terms.
1. Standard Online Sessions (Consultations, Coaching, Behaviour Support)
Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time, using the online booking link.
Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be refunded or credited towards a future session (at our discretion).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance without notice, may be charged in full.
2. Written Plans, Assessments & Packages
For services that include written plans, formal assessments or multi-part packages:

Once work on your case has begun (e.g. analysis of questionnaires, documents, observations), fees are generally non-refundable, as time and expertise have already been committed.

Where you need to postpone, we will make reasonable efforts to re-arrange timelines with you.
Details for each package will be confirmed in writing.
3. In-Home Family Assessment Programmes
For in-home programmes involving travel:

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure dates.

If you cancel after travel has been booked, you may be responsible for reasonable costs already incurred (e.g. flights, accommodation, preparation time).

We will always aim to be fair and considerate of family circumstances.
Specific terms will be agreed case-by-case basis in writing.
4. Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances:

We will notify you as soon as possible

You will be offered a new appointment time

If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit may be offered for that session
