In Practice

A showcase of my specialist work supporting neurodivergent children and their families across the UK, UAE, Asia, and Europe.

Selected Case Work

Case Study 1
Emotional Regulation & Routine Support (Ages 6–8)

A neurodivergent child experiencing daily overwhelm and shutdowns. I created a personalised home routine, visual supports, and emotional check-in tools. Within four weeks, the child was independently identifying feelings and transitioning between activities with reduced stress.

Case Study 2
Behaviour Adjustment & School Collaboration (Ages 9–11)

A child displaying school-based anxiety and escalating behaviour. I led a full behaviour assessment, coordinated with teachers, and produced a personalised behaviour plan. This reduced incidents and improved communication between home and school.A child displaying school-based anxiety and escalating behaviour. Case Study 3
Executive Functioning Support (Ages 12–14)

A young person struggling with organisation, motivation, and task initiation. I developed tailored systems including visual schedules, chunked tasks, and strength-led engagement strategies. This improved academic consistency and lowered frustration levels.

Case Study 4
Behaviour, Anxiety & Life-Skills Support (Age 19)

A neurodivergent young adult was experiencing heightened anxiety, inconsistent routines, and difficulty managing daily tasks and emotional regulation. His family reported frequent overwhelm, shutdowns, and challenges maintaining structure at home and in community settings.

Within weeks, his anxiety reduced, transitions improved, and he began completing daily tasks with greater independence and confidence. The family reported calmer interactions, clearer communication, and a more stable home rhythm.

Examples include:
• Visual timetables
• Daily or weekly schedules
• Emotional check-in boards
• First–Then boards
• Transition supports
• Routines (morning/evening)
• “Finished” systems
