The Bespoke In-Home SEND Programme

Signature Service

For families who want a dedicated specialist embedded in their household,  not just advice, but a fully built, fully implemented programme around their child.

I work directly within your home to design and oversee your child's complete daily structure: routine, learning, regulation, and therapeutic coordination, all built around their individual profile. I assess your child's needs, recommend the right therapies and specialists for your team to bring in, train your existing nannies and household staff to support your child consistently, and adjust the programme as your child grows.

This is the level of support typically found only within royal and ultra-high-net-worth households, now available as a bespoke engagement for families who want the same standard of care.

  • Full assessment of your child's developmental, educational, and behavioural profile

For families seeking an exceptional governess, SEND-trained nanny, or private educator — vetted, trained, and matched to your family's specific needs. This is not a generalist staffing agency: every candidate is assessed specifically against your child's profile, not simply their availability.

Every candidate is personally interviewed and vetted for qualifications, safeguarding history, and relevant SEND experience, then given additional training where needed before ever being introduced to your family.

Placements often grow directly out of a Bespoke In-Home Programme — where I identify that a family needs an additional specialist in the home, I can introduce an already-vetted candidate from my own network, trained to the same standard the programme itself is built on. Families are equally welcome to request a placement on its own, with no existing programme in place.

How it works: share your requirements → we shortlist vetted, trained candidates → we introduce, you interview and decide. Sponsorship and contracts sit directly between you and your new employee.

For families who want expert guidance without a full in-home programme — a single consultation, a short retainer, or ongoing advisory support, in person or remote.

Many families begin here: for an expert second opinion, a clear plan ahead of an EHCP or IEP meeting, or support through a specific transition, before deciding whether a fuller programme is the right next step. Every consultation concludes with clear, practical guidance you can act on immediately, whether independently or as the foundation for a longer engagement.
